How can I sign up?

It only takes a few minutes to create an account, you'll receive an invoice straight to your inbox, and once that's paid you have a secured spot in our beta launch queue.

What does it cost?

You fund the reward to the customer, and we charge 30% of each reward as our platform fee. So if the reward is £1, the cost to you is £1.30. Our algorithm calculates the value of the reward based on the post’s quality, reach & engagement. Each reward has a default cap of £30, which you can customise.

How do I pay?

As part of the sign-up process, complete your billing details and add credit. This credit is the amount you wish to spend as an initial rewards budget. An invoice will land in your inbox, and once paid, this deposit funds your prepaid pot. This pot will deplete each time a Social Tip member is rewarded. When your pot starts runing low we will contact you to make a top-up.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No, there is no minimum term. You can stop using the platform any time. We just asked that you agree to our Terms & Conditions as part of the sign-up process.

Once I’ve signed up, what happens next?

We're launching in beta soon. Once you've completed your sign-up and paid your invoice, you have a secured spot in our beta launch queue. Our team will then be in touch to align with you on a go-live date - which is the date you will be live on the Social Tip app. Once live, you can track spend performance and see all rewarded content within the brand portal dashboard. How can I make the most of using Social Tip?

The single biggest driver for success with Social Tip is how effectively you can encourage your community of customers to post and share about their latest purchases. We will share our brand toolkit with you, with logos, copy lines, creative inspo and examples of comms.

Some comms ideas: Post-purchase email, shipment box inserts, email to a database segment, community forums Facebook groups, social posts & competitions, table-talkers on reception desk, bars & tables, washroom posters, loyalty points in return for making a first post, add us to your website nav or footer.

How do you verify the purchase?

Members share a screenshot or photo of their receipt in order to be eligible for a reward.

What if a post is negative?

Our technology detects the sentiment of the post. If it’s negative, the post isn’t eligible for a reward.

What about brand safety?

Members will be bound by our community guidelines which includes our code of conduct.

Members will be bound by the T&Cs of the social media platform on which they’re posting.

As the brand, you have a full and permanent right to veto any rewards relating to a member or post which contravenes your brand guidelines or misaligns with your brand values. You can flag a post via the brand portal and the eligibility for a reward will be rescinded.

We use an AI powered tool to police members’ content, and ensure members adhere to our community guidelines.
